Knowing that Barkley was a former MVP and also won a gold medal with the dream team in the ’90s when Michael Jordan was at his best, one can imagine the aura of the former Suns star of yesteryear.

Charles Barkley, who played in the NBA and is now the host of the NBA on TNT, has grown his net worth to over $60 million. There are wild tales of how Barkley made $700,000 in a single weekend in Las Vegas and how he once lost $2.5 million in a six-hour period. While the 1993 Suns MVP was known for trying his luck, it wasn’t in a casino all the time. In 1990, Barkley made some on-court bets with Mark Jackson in a game against the Knicks, which eventually cost him dearly.
