Seth Rollins and Bray Wyatt have both been phenomenal athletes and in-ring performers as both have shared great matches and rivalries in the past. While the two competed against each other as part of their respective factions – The Shield and The Wyatt Family. While Wyatt was fired from the company last summer, Rollins is preparing for his match at Summerslam against Riddle. The Fiend was fired from the company in a shocking move last summer and the superstar has shown no signs of returning to wrestling.

But now it seems The Fiend is ready to unleash itself again, as the former champion today updated his Twitter bio to attach a quote allegedly narrated by Vince Mcmahon as he wrote: “Start over ‘boy, it’s what you do’. -VKM (sic)’. The superstar has been posting scrambled tweets for many months, but every time fans feel like he’s about to return, they’re disappointed. Wyatt also teased something related to the current vignettes running on Monday Night Raw in another tweet.

Seth Rollins vs. the Fiend
Seth Rollins faced The Fiend at Hell in a Cell in an unsuccessful encounter.

The quote, which shared an image from the Bible, suggested that “a door might be opened.” However, it would be interesting to see if that door opens for Wyatt’s return or is just a brain teaser for fans this time around. Despite this, fans and the wrestling world have gone mad after hearing the news of Wyatt’s potential return. And Wyatt got his first opponent right after his return. Monday Night Messiah Seth Rollins recently expressed his desire to face off against The Fiend in a recent interview with The Metro UK.

Rollins said: “I mean, I hope this wasn’t the last time he and I have been in a ring together, I really do – and I don’t think it will be. It really depends on many external factors. At the end of the day, I would love to be with him again and create magic one more time.” Both men have undergone intense character development and transformation throughout their careers. While Bray has remained a heel for the most part, Seth has also done great heel work. In addition to his comments, Rollins commented on his working relationship with The Fiend: “We both had similar mindsets when it came to character development,” Rollins said.

He also added, “Two completely different people outside of the business, but there’s a kinship when you share the ring with people that I don’t think ever really goes away.” Indeed, this says that two opponents who compete in a ring develop a relationship over time. Rollins also said he’s always felt a connection to Wyatt, even when they took different paths. Rollins explained, “One thing he and I always had was a little chip on our shoulder as far as we were never that guy. We were never a Cena, we were never a Roman and therefore we could not be static.
