‘I had to work hard to get here’ – Kamaru Usman’s brother Mohammed Usman denies that he made it to TUF because of his brother’s influence

At UFC 268, Kamaru Usman defeated Colby Covington in two rounds to win his sixth consecutive title defense. The world welterweight champion cemented his status as one of the world’s top 170-pound fighters in a rematch that took place in 2019. Usman still had the right to call himself a welterweight GOAT prior to his rematch with Covington.
Rarely is a UFC weight class champion more active than the rivals vying for their title. but Usman seems to be the exception to this rule. Kamaru fought three times in 2021 and added three more rubies to his gold bracelet.
Usman’s unbeaten streak of 19 fights puts him on the brink of breaking records. The world welterweight champion now has fifteen straight wins, which is the most in the division. if “The Nigerian Nightmare” can continue to set records, his name will always be associated with GOAT status.
