How to watch the Pokémon Day Pokémon Presents stream and what you should expect

The Pokémon Company is holding a Pokémon Presents presentation on February 27 at 6 p.m. PT. This will be the first in six months, and will last 14 minutes. Hopefully we’ll see a glimpse of what we can expect in 2022 and possibly 2023. There are quite a few announcements that we can see in fact, in when other announcements are just a pipe dream.

Detective Pikachu Sequel / Detective Pikachu Switch Gate

In 2019, The Pokémon Company announced sequel to the popular 3DS game Detective Pikachu in works. It has also been confirmed that the original will be ported to the Nintendo Switch. Since the initial disclosure, we have had no new updates on either project. However, it was recently learned from a programmer who works for the developer Creatures Inc that The sequel is still in development.

Pokémon Let’s Go Johto

In 2018, The Pokémon Company released a new main title, Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee, a remake of Pokémon Red and Blue. However, instead of fighting wild Pokémon, you will catch them like in Pokemon Go. Since then, we’ve had a new generation of Pokémon games, a traditional remake of Diamond and Pearl and the recently released Pokémon Legends Arceus. It seems too early for the 9th generation to be announced, so it makes sense that Let’s Go Johto is the next project in the lineup.

Pokémon Sleep

Like Detective Pikachu, a new project called Pokémon Sleep was announced in 2019 with no updates since. Pokémon Sleep is planned to be a mobile app that tracks people’s sleep time with the help of a new accessory called Pokémon Go Plus+. The device is also said to work similarly to Pokémon Go Plus, which will notify you when you’re near a Pokémon or a Pokestop in Pokémon Go by connecting it via Bluetooth. Hopefully we’ll get an update eventually.

Pokémon Pinball

Is God there? That’s me, your depraved gamer who wants nothing more than a new Pokémon Pinball game. We’ve gotten five new generations of Pokémon, three new generations of Nintendo hardware, and I’m almost 20 years old since the last Pokémon Pinball game. What do I need to do to comfort you? Please. Give me my wish. How to watch the Pokémon Day Pokémon Presents stream and what you should expect
