How to Use Erador Ballentine in Triangle Tactics – Shieldbearer Class Guide

The Erador is the tank in your Triangle Strategy group. He has the highest defense and health of anyone and even has great strength. Put him on the front line to attract the enemy’s attention. His magic defense isn’t that good, but he can still resist a few magic attacks thanks to his high health.

Instantly, Erador knew Provoke and Sprint. Taunt forces enemies to attack him in a limited range, while sprinting increases his movement speed by one. There’s always more movement, so use his first turn to drop the Sprint. If you can move him in a group of enemies, using Provoke will help keep your teammates safe when the Erador tank attacks. Use him in conjunction with Serenoa and Roland to deal loads of damage.

At level five, Erador learns Steelback, which halves damage from the rear. Enemies will always strike back because they do critical damage, so this is a great passive skill to have that only increases Erador’s usefulness.

Erador will have many different uses beyond what players first experience in the demo. With the ability to upgrade his character’s class twice and gain a host of new abilities, he will evolve into his own and have specific skills tailored to the different chapter-by-chapter battles.
