You can find one of these chests while exploring Dragon Beach in Svartalfehim, south of Bounty Bay. Here’s what you need to know about how to unlock the Nornir Chest at Dragon Beach in God of War Ragnarok.

The location of this Nornir Chest can be difficult to find. It lies south of Bounty Bay, east of Durlin’s homeland. You will find it before you reach the watchtower. We recommend staying on the right side of the lake in Svartalfheim to find it. There are several enemies on this beach that you must defeat before you can start opening the Nornir Chest.

You can find the first rune in the south-west part of the beach. A bubbling geyser will block it. You need to destroy the pillar on the right with one of Atreus’ sonic arrows and then throw your Leviathan ax to get a better look at it. Once you line up your shot, recall your ax and then fire it through the geyser to destroy the rune.

The last two runes require you to reach the top of the broken ship at Dragon Beach. Unfortunately, you can only do this after unlocking a special tool that you can obtain as you progress through the story, the Draupnir Spear. You must return here at a later date. If you do, freeze the second geyser to the right of the Nornir chest, climb to the top of the wreck, and then hit the rune on the other side of the metal wall.

The third and final rune for this chest is hidden behind another geyser to the left of the Nornir chest and climb the wreck to meet the other side.
