Waddle Dee Town has earned its place as the real center of Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Not only does it serve as a place to access the world selector, but you can also try different minigames and access the boss rush mode in the coliseum. Unlocking Kirby’s house in Kirby and the forgotten land is easy and you will do it before you finish the story. All you have to do is rescue 50 Waddle Dees and both the house and Waddle Dee wraps will be unlocked. If you save every Waddle Dee you can drag through the story, you can do so at the Abandoned Beach level at the earliest.

Once you’ve unlocked Kirby’s house, you can go inside and let Kirby rest. Your health is restored instantly, you can look through books about past Kirby games, manage your figurine collection, and view pictures you received from completed achievements. Of all the areas in Waddle Dee Town, this one is most intended to be a break from actually playing the game to reset yourself.
