To get level 4 crafting plans, complete the story quests and then purchase them in the Pawn Voyage Van.

• Divine Dijon bed

To use the blueprint, go to the crafting table outside of your resort. Remember that you need to rebuild the crafting table before it can be used, so make sure you take extra nails and planks of wood with you.
