How to remove large wildebeest bones in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The Sunlit Plateau is a pretty desolate place in Disney Dreamlight Valley. In this land, a lion is king and wildebeest bones are scattered everywhere. Your job used to be to clean up behind Scar every time he left bones lying around, but your shovel has become dull and can’t remove them. Luckily, there’s a way to upgrade your shovel to clear the large wildebeest bones blocking the bridges on the plateau. It just takes some patience and lots of Dreamlight magic. This guide will show you how to remove large wildebeest bones in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

The Circle of Life quest guide

In order to upgrade your shovel so you can remove the large bones, you must complete the Circle of Life quest. Scar will give you this quest once you raise his friendship level to level seven. The first task you will be given is to talk to Mother Gothel to find out how to increase the strength of your shovel. After that, you need to collect the following items:

• 10 Purified Nightshards
• 1 Old Bones

Go to the mine on the sunlit plateau and follow the instructions Mother Gothel gives you to find the ancient bones. Once inside the mine, turn left, take the first right you see, then turn left again. The Purified Night Shards are a bit more difficult to obtain and are crafted by combining Dream Shards and Night Shards at a crafting station. Once you have the required materials, return to Scar.

After speaking to Scar, place the Ancient Bones in the volcanic geyser at his home. This turns them to ashes. Plant the ash in the ground somewhere on the sunlit plateau and wait. If necessary, take care of the ash and after a short time it will turn into a flower. Harvest the flower and head to a crafting station to craft the Roaring Shovel Head.

After crafting the shovel head, go to your inventory and interact with it to attach it to your shovel. Go to the sunlit plateau and you can now remove the large wildebeest bones just like the smaller ones. Talk to Scar after removing three of the large wildebeest bones and the quest will be complete.
