You’ll need to complete a few tasks before you can get your hands on the ingredients needed to make this ice cream. First you need to unlock Dazzle Beach. Accessing this biome costs 1,000 Dreamlight. You must also unlock the Chez Remy restaurant. This can be done by following Remy’s quest line. In addition, you must complete Remy’s quest line to unlock everything. When that’s all done, gather the following ingredients for the ice cream:
