Healing is something you might overlook in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s main game, where you can use rations to regularly replenish your health in battle. Unfortunately, you cannot take rations with you to Niflheim as Odin is going through the forgotten saga to try to free his son Baldr from Hel’s castle. There are three ways to heal, but two are better than the third method. The best way to heal while progressing through the forgotten saga is to visit the moose statues. You can find them on your way, usually before heading to another area where you have to defeat a series of enemies. You can find them with your compass, as a moose antler icon should indicate where to go to find them.

As you approach the statue, interact with it and you will receive a healing boost from the figure. We normally have 100 health healed. The second option is to reach the end of a run and encounter the Wandering Merchant. They’ll be available before you fight the final boss, and they’ll have Elk Antlers for sale for 300 coins, which you can buy to heal yourself. These also give you 100 health points.

The other partial healing method was to go down and complete the health improvement paths. After completing these paths, they increase your maximum health by 25 points.
