How to get the Shiro Simulacra in Tower of Fantasy

Tower of Fantasy is a free-to-play adventure title that offers players multiple characters and weapons to unlock to make their way through the world of Aida. Characters are divided into three levels of rarity: R, SR, and SSR. The simulacra Shiro and her weapon Chakram of the Seas are the rarest simulacra in the game as SSR.

Retrieve Shiro
Much like Simulacra Zero, Shiro is unlocked when she draws her weapon from Tower of Fantasy’s Special Order Gacha system. Shiro can be drawn in a variety of ways: Rarely, with Black Nuclei, Gold Nuclei, Red Nuclei, or the Weapon Shop after spending enough Gold Nuclei. Retrieving her weapon, the Chakram of the Seas, unlocks the simulacra for players to use freely.

Black Nuclei Shiro draws
Raising Shiro with a Black Nucleus is very unlikely. The Black Nuclei do not feature a pity system as they are the lowest banner in Tower of Fantasy. This means that for each Black Nucleus deployed, there is a 0.03% chance of finding Shiro again. With SSR ranks, it’s much more helpful to use the gold cores to try and draw her weapon system.
Gold Cores Shiro draws
Stacking Gold Nucleus Cache pulls is important for SSR attempts as there are two different pity systems in play to reduce the brutally low odds of SSR pulls. First, every tenth move guarantees either an SR or an SSR weapon move, although note that there is no double protection. The second system guarantees an SSR every 80 turns, even if an SSR was drawn when the Pity Pole was built.
Regardless of the built-in Pity system, there is a 0.75% chance of drawing an SSR weapon each time you use Gold Nuclei and a 0.083% chance of drawing Shiro. After enough Gold Nucleus Caches have been used, players can also use the Weapon Shop (located in the Commissioner’s submenu) to spend 120 Black Gold to purchase the weapon.
Chakram of the Seas
Shiro’s unique weapon, the Chakram of the Seas, is a large disc that is hurled at enemies and can pierce multiple enemies. With a physical attack and a Grievous effect, Shiro’s weapon is extremely powerful; matching its place in the SSR class. Fully charging the chakram deals 137% weapon damage and causes the target to take an additional 20% damage for 7 seconds.
