Osmiomancy Gloves are the powerful new exotic gauntlets introduced in Destiny 2: The Witch Queen to take the Stasis Coldsnap grenade to the next level. Exclusive to Warlocks, Osmiomancy Gloves makes the already strong Shadebinder subclass even stronger. While the Osmiomancy Gloves are certainly worth buying, doing so can be a bit daunting. In this guide, we’ll show you how to get your hands on new exotic long gloves and showcase its chilling new abilities.
How to get Osmiomancy Gloves
Complete Legendary Campaign
The first method using the new Osmiomancy Glove is a difficult one. If you fight your way through the legendary version of the Sorcerer Queen’s campaign on Warlock and complete it, you’ll be rewarded with either the weird Osmiomancy Gloves or the Secant Filaments’ eerie leg armor. While this method is not the most reliable due to its 50/50 chance, at least you are guaranteed a quaint once done.
Solo Legend or Master Lost Sectors
The next and more guaranteed way to get the Osmiomancy Glove is to complete the Lost Sector on Legendary or Master difficulty as a solo player. Although this is not the easiest task, you have a high chance of getting new exotic gauntlets upon completion. Keep in mind that Legend and Master Lost Sectors are in a weird daily rotation, so if you don’t see the weird gauntlet in either lost sector, you may have to wait a few days.
The ability of the Osmiomancy Gauntlet
Osmiomancy Gloves is the perfect choice for Stasis warlock players who like to freeze anything and everything in sight. Its ability is called Fervid Coldsnap and it basically supports every aspect of Coldsnap grenades. Your Coldsnap grenade has an extra charge that charges faster on direct impact. Seekers spawned from Coldsnap grenades will go further.
