How to get pumpkins in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Disney Dreamlight Valley is filled with various ingredients that you use to cook food for yourself and the valley’s residents. Oftentimes, residents will ask you to collect these ingredients in order to complete quests. While a good number of these ingredients are fairly easy to find, some can be pretty well hidden. Pumpkins are one of those ingredients that might take you a while to find. This guide will show you how to get pumpkins in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Where to find pumpkins in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Every ingredient in the game has specific biomes that they like to grow or spawn. For example, Sugarcane can only be found in the Dazzle Beach biome. Luckily, when you get the seeds for a specific ingredient, you can plant them in any of the biomes and they will grow. If you want to get pumpkins, you need to unlock Dreamlight Valley’s Forgotten Lands biome. This information is displayed in the Collections menu under the Ingredients tab.

In order to gain access to the Forgotten Lands, you need to collect a lot of Dreamlight. The Forgotten Lands are on the other side of the Sunlit Plateau, which means you must unlock the Sunlit Plateau with 7,000 Dreamlight before you can access the Forgotten Lands. After that, unlocking the Forgotten Lands will cost you an additional 15,000 Dreamlight. You can easily collect Dreamlight by completing quests and performing tasks throughout the valley.

Once you’ve gained access to the Forgotten Lands biome, you’ll need to unlock Goofy’s stable. Goofy has a small shop in each of the biomes, which you can unlock by interacting with the Scrooge McDuck shield and paying the associated fee. Opening Goofy’s Stable in this biome will unlock Pumpkin Seeds, which you can purchase for 275 Star Coins each. Upgrade the stall and you can buy whole pumpkins for 996 Star Coins.
