How to craft Netherite items in Minecraft

Start your Netherite journey in Minecraft by going into the Nether and finding ancient debris. Between Y levels 8 and 22 in this realm, you can find it hidden underground. It doesn’t appear anywhere with an empty space on either side of it, so you’ll have to dig for it. They most likely spawn at Y level 15, but remember this is one of the rarest blocks in the game. After you have some Ancient Debris, melt it in a Furnace to create Netherite Scrap. Usually this is where you can start crafting your armor and tools, but not in this case. You need to take this scrap and turn it into Netherite Ingots. To do this, combine four Netherite Scraps with four Gold Bars. There is no specific recipe for this craft; Just place them in individual squares in the grid.

After you have at least one Netherite Ingot, you will need a Forge Table. Place any diamond armor or tool in the left slot and the ingot in the center slot. This turns it into a Netherite item, giving it better durability and attack power in the tool chests. In addition, any enchantments you had on the item will carry over to the Netherite version.
