How to get Fomantis Leaf in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

The Paldea region in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is full of ingredients and materials for you to collect and use for crafting. The materials you collect are mainly used to craft TMs so you can teach your Pokémon extra moves. Fomantis Leaves are just one of the many materials you’ll find throughout your journey, and they come from the Sickle Grass Pokémon. Where can I find Fomantis in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet?

Fomantis is one of the many returning Pokémon from previous titles, appearing in scarlet and purple. Found in very few areas of the map, this Grass-type Pokemon isn’t the easiest Pokemon to find. Because of their size, Fomantis are easy to miss when exploring the map. However, they can be found fairly early in the game.

If you take a look at the Fomantis habitat map, you can see that they can be found in the Southern Province Area One area. You won’t see these Pokemon very often and there are other places where you can find them. One of the areas where fomantis is more common is the forest north of Lake Casseroya. Both Fomantis and Lurantis cavort here.

Obtaining Fomantis Leaf is as simple as battling Fomantis and Lurantis in the wild. Each time you defeat or catch either of these Pokemon, Fomantis Leaves will be added to your inventory. You can find this material in the material department of your backpack. You can use Fomantis Leaves to craft TM105 X-Scissor and TM137 Grassy Terrain.
