All Scarlet and Purple Pokemon have their own material unique to that Pokemon or evolutionary lineage. Just as you get Bergmite Ice from Bergmite and Avalugg, you can get Belibird Parcels from Delibird. Of course, you’ll need to track down this Pokemon first, which is easier said than done. Delibird’s habitat data shows that you can find this Pokémon where there is deep snow. Luckily, these are a few locations in the northern region of the map. Packed with off-piste terrain, Glaseado Mountain is one of the best places to find Delibird. Specifically, you can find this Pokemon near where the Ice Pokemon Gym and the Ghost-type Gym are located. You might have to search a bit as Delibird isn’t the most common Pokemon.
