The Elden Ring is full of charms to find, and Boltdrake Talisman is one of the best to find when it comes to elemental resistance. Here’s where to get it.
After defeating the miseries Margit, The Fell Omen, you will have two options. The first is that you go around a longer, easier path on the left side, and the second is a hard and direct attack on the castle. Unfortunately for you, the Boltdrake Talisman can be found in the following around the Limgrave Tower Bridge.
On the side of the main gate of Stormveil Castle you will find a merchant named Gatekeeper Gostoc. After talking to him about opening the front gate, he warns you that you might be met with a terrible fate. After all, you simply go straight into the castle towards the guards. After you reassure him that you’ll be fine, he agrees to open the front gate. Return to the gate, and you can now go inside, when Gostoc calls for someone to pull it up.
As soon as you run up, more arrows will be shot your way. Before trying this, make sure you have a Medium load or below, so you can venture into the chaos with some flexibility. Your first focus when the arrows fly over your head must go to the left. This is where the arrows come from. Keep rolling around, and get under the arrow flames. Now you can destroy the enemies on the ground that are chasing you. Once done, continue up the stairs to where the giant crossbows are and take out the bow users on the top floor.
For now, it’s safe to move further into the chaos you’re besieging. Return to the main route, and you will notice about six or seven guards ready to attack you. They mostly have crossbows, so be on the lookout and attack when the time comes. After them, turn right. You will see some pillars of warriors in two rows. Get inside at the end of the path as soon as you can because a nasty monster resides on the right hand side. When you’re in a hallway, it won’t follow you in.
Thankfully, the four sentry statues are not real. Or at least for now. Rest at the place of grace ahead outside. Boltdrake Talisman is very close to Limgrave Tower Bridge. Just before you go up the bridge, you will see a skeleton on the left side. It carries the Boltdrake Talisman.
Once equipped, Boltdrake Talisman gains the ability to negate your lightning damage to enemies using that type of spell. It weighs only 0.6 for your gear load.
