Unfortunately, at least as of this writing, we don’t know much about this particular error code. However, we can say with some certainty that it is server related and should be fixed by development over time. Unfortunately, that also means there’s not much you can do other than be patient and wait for it to be taken care of.
While it’s likely that there’s nothing you can do to fix the 1302 error, that doesn’t mean there’s nothing you can at least try. We recommend exiting the game, logging out of your account, then logging back in and restarting. You can also try a full reset of your PC and internet router. A quick speed test and looking at your settings can let you know if your NAT type and connection might be preventing you from getting the game’s normal performance.
If none of the above worked for you, we recommend changing servers or waiting for the game to be fixed. Unfortunately we can’t say much more, but try to be patient as server issues crop up every now and then and aren’t fun for anyone to deal with.
