How to fix Ash’adar, Harbinger of Dawn not receiving error in World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft players are diligently trying out the trading post feature that has been added to the game. This system should allow them to earn a set amount of currency each month simply for signing up that can be used for rewards. “Should” is the key word here as the trading post was a buggy mess. The most prestigious reward from this content is the Ash’adar, Harbinger of Dawn mount. It is said to be lootable via a chest at the post called Collector’s Cache once the Traveler’s Log for the month is complete. While most people can loot it with no problem, some players won’t find an Ash’adar mount in the cache when looting.

Ash’adar mount cannot be claimed in World of Warcraft

Completely filling the Journey Journal bar will reward the Ash’adar, Harbinger of Dawn mount and loot it from the Collector’s Hideout. If you find that you have looted the chest and there is no mount, there are several solutions you can try:

• The mount may be looted by another character on your account.
• Logging out for a specific time also works for some people. Players have reported logging out of the game for about 15 minutes and then returning to find the Collector’s Cache again, this time with the Ash’dar mount inside.
• The other explanation is that the trading post might be disabled at the moment.

If none of these options help, you may indeed have encountered the Ash’adar error. Blizzard is aware that some players are actively unable to loot the mount and are working on a fix, along with the Trader’s Tender bug. The only other option is to wait patiently for the company to address the issue. They clarified that those affected will get their mount once the bug is fixed.
