How to complete The Wounded Pilgrim quest in Lost Ark

Lost Ark has no shortage of quests to complete and places to go. The game is packed with content, especially in the late game section. One of the most important quest lines is the one that gives players their second Awakening skill. These abilities open up whole new possibilities of destruction, but they can be a bit time-consuming to unlock as there are many individual quests associated with them.

One of these quests is called The Wounded Pilgrim and it can be one of the more difficult tasks to complete. Not because of tough enemies, but because sometimes it doesn’t guide the player to the next objective that well. If you’re having trouble completing this quest, here’s everything you need to know.

The first step in completing this quest is to accept it. To do this, you must speak to Queen Ealyn in Queen’s Castle. She will tell you about a pilgrim named Armen who came to town injured. From there she will send you to speak with the goblin elder Balu in Parna Forest. If you don’t remember where he is, go to point 1 on the map above.

He will call that poor man back and point you in the direction of Herbalist Kobe, who is at point 2 on the map above. Kobe has suspiciously forgotten something about Armen, but if you bring them the 100 herbs stolen by slimes in the area, it might refresh their memory. Sounds lazy to me, but from here all you have to do is grind for the herbs by killing slimes in the area.

It shouldn’t take as long as it sounds. Each slime gives you about five herbs. Once you have the required number of herbs, return to Kobe. This seems to have given them the memory boost they needed, as now Kobe remembers Armen getting attacked by people who attacked him. He starts at point 3 on the map above.

If you talk to Kobe in this part of the map, they just comment that they are sure Armen was stabbed in this area. It turns out that they are not far away. If you hug the cliff next to Kobe and face east, you’ll find a small object to interact with. If you hit a fallen tree, you’ve gone too far. It won’t have a glowing purple icon like many quest markers do, but it still shouldn’t take you long to find it.

This is Armen’s necklace and the evidence you need to show he was actually attacked. Bring it back to Kobe and they will confirm it belonged to Armen. They will give you a letter from Armen and point you towards Twilight Isle to help you find his attackers. Read Armen’s letter and it will advance the quest objective of traveling to the Twilight Isle.

Once on Twilight Isle you want to find the person named Quayside Old Man. You can find them at point 4 on the map above. He won’t be very helpful, but talking to him will at least confirm that you’re in the right place. The quest objective will be updated to Investigate the Twilight Isle. From here you need to find Twilight Chapel to uncover the assassins who attacked Armen.

proceed with something The Wounded Pilgrim In addition, you must first have completed the remaining quests for Twilight Isle. Check your quest log and find them. They include:

  • Call of the Dawn
  • shadow of dusk
  • Dance of the Twilight
  • touch of twilight

Once you’ve completed Twilight’s Touch, return to point 4 on the map. Where the old man was, you will now find Tigaro, who will tell you what happened to Armen. It turns out that Tigaro’s client wanted Armen dead. Finding out this information will be completed The Wounded Pilgrim Quest, but it will also start the next leg of the Awakening quest line, so don’t think you’re done yet.
