If you throw one at an NPC it will crack and release a blue gas that is emetic, causing everyone nearby to suddenly feel sick and walk away to throw up in peace. Where to Find Durians on Ambrose Island

There are two places where you can easily find durians on Ambrose Island. The first is at an excavation site on the island.
