The crops you grow on your Island Sanctuary need time to grow before you can use them in Final Fantasy XIV. While you’re waiting for them to grow, you want to feed them and make sure they have plenty of water to complete this cycle with ease. However, this process takes several days. Here’s what you need to know about how long it takes for the plants to grow on Island Sanctuary in Final Fantasy XIV.
Plant growth timer on Island Sanctuary in Final Fantasy XIV
The time for your plants may vary depending on the species you use and put into the soil. You can see the plant growth timer on the seed before using it. You can check it in Crop mode on your Islekeep index where you can check the seeds you collected on your Island Sanctuary.

For example, the first seeds you receive from the producer, Island Pumpkin Seeds, take two days to fully grow. At the end of the two-day period, you can collect them and add them to your collection, or weed them out. Sorting out these seeds by removing them from the plot will leave you with an empty place to put seeds for any you want to harvest. Each seed you put in the farmland will require you to water it, or you can wait for your island sanctuary to rain.
After this growing season ends, you can harvest these resources and use them as you see fit. You can check their progress by examining your crops and visiting them on your farmland.
