Todd Gilliland admitted he is enjoying the news as it is one of the most exciting in a long time. He revealed that upon learning the clash is returning to LA as he has not been able to race that season due to not making it onto the track. He continued that watching the last race with the fans gave him more appreciation for the race as he really loved the whole experience and the performance of rapper Ice Cube.

Dude I had so much fun‘ said Todd Gilliland.

Honestly I was more excited than I’ve been in a long time when I saw Clash coming back to LA it gave me even more appreciation for it because sitting in the stands and the place was just electric I felt like. With Ice Cube there. It was just such an experience, so I definitely loved it.” Todd Gilliland added.

The rookie season seen so far has been a challenge for Gilliland, who is part of a race king in California, given Gilliland’s long history with NASCAR. The two-time ARCA Mendes West Series champion has finished in the top 20 six times this season, while the rest of his finishes have been disappointments as he hasn’t been able to clear the top 20 barriers in any other race. The final two races of the season have been disappointing for the youngster as he failed to secure a top 20 result in his No.38 Front Raw Motorsport car, but he is hoping to finish his season mid-race. Season break as a source of inspiration.
