Home and Away Season Finale: A little taste of the thrilling final episode for 2023
A terminal health condition, a failed camping trip and a horrific motorcycle accident leave lives in jeopardy in the final week beginning November 27th.

After recently facing death in the form of a near-fatal heart attack, Summer Bay has rallied around beloved restaurateur Mackenzie Booth (Emily Weir) as she recovers from heart surgery.
But the Bay is thrown into disarray when Mackenzie is found lifeless at home and is hospitalized for the second time.
As Dr. As Bree Cameron (Juliet Godwin) and cardiothoracic surgeon Levi Fowler (Tristan Gorey) rush her into emergency surgery, her loved ones gather around her, fearing the worst.
Is this the end of the road for a Summer Bay favorite?
Meanwhile, when hot cop Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright) kidnaps his girlfriend Eden Fowler (Stephanie Panozzo) on a romantic camping trip, he has no idea what danger awaits them.
Eden is less enthusiastic about sleeping in a tent and collecting firewood and instead does her best to embrace the simple life.
But when a tick is found in her throat, she sneaks away to call her bandmate and best friend Remi Carter (Adam Rowland) and ask him to pick her up.
Just as Remi races down the street on his motorcycle to pick up Eden, he is hit by an oncoming car.
Who will survive when heartbreak and a horror crash rocks Summer Bay?
Home and Away continues this Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7pm on Channel 7 7plus.
The final week of the season begins next Monday at 7 p.m., with the gripping final episode of 2023 on Wednesday, November 29th.
