Hitman World of Assassination Elusive Target – The Broker Silent Assassin Suit Only guide

The Broker is an elusive target in Hitman World of Assassination that requires you to kill a target and take the priceless jeweled egg it’s after before completing the mission. Taking place in the Paris location, it forces you to move through the different floors and zones without being spotted if you want to get the highest possible score. This guide will show you how to complete the mission with a Silent Assassin Suit Only rank, allowing you to get a huge wealth of experience from it.

With the transition from Hitman 3 to Hitman World of Assassination, many upgrades and mechanical changes have been made to core missions and concepts throughout the Hitman reboot trilogy. We’ve tested the walkthrough below to make sure it works in the latest version of Hitman World of Assassination, so you know this guide will give you the Silent Assassin rank.

Warning of elusive target

As with all elusive objectives, you only have one chance to complete this mission once you start completing the objectives. In this case, the goal is to kill your target or pick up the egg. We recommend following the guide a few times without completing any objectives to familiarize yourself with it first. Then, when you feel ready and know the bottlenecks, you can go ahead and achieve those goals. If you lose your Silent Assassin rank but Agent 47 is still alive, you can always exit and restart the game so you can try the elusive objective again. However, this is not recommended as it does not always work.

Two items are essential for this guide: the ICA Remote Micro Taser and a lockpick. You don’t need a weapon, but you do need to choose a comfortable suit. We chose the Snow Festival Suit because it’s very trendy.

Step 1: Prepare your trap

From the default starting location outside the building, head in and to the patio bar. You need to find the puddle to the right of the bar and place the ICA Remote Micro Taser on its edge. You don’t need to activate it now, but this is a trap you’ll use later. Below is a map reference for this puddle.

Step 2: Take the egg

Now that your trap is ready, run back into the building and get the IAGO invite from the bathroom. This is behind one of the doors on your right as you enter the terrace bar area. Below is a card reference for the invitation.

Now you can get to the top floor. Go back to the terrace bar and go through the garden to the door where there are two guards. You’ll need to show your invite to get past them, and you’ll need to do the same thing again at the stairs around the corner once you’re inside. There is a third checkpoint on the second flight of stairs, but this is where you will be searched. Make sure you put your gun down before this point if you bring one with you or you will get caught.

Go through the door on the top right of the second flight of stairs. This is an unauthorized area, but you just have to jump the railing so you can shimmy left and get into the bathroom. Below is a map reference for this ledge.

Once in the bathroom, turn on the radio to distract a guard, then turn it off and hide next to the closet. When the guard comes in, subdue him and hide his body in the closet. Leave his gun on the floor and turn on the faucet to make the sink overflow. This will distract the second guard, and at this point you need to take out the sink.

Hide again and watch as the guard comes in, picks up the gun and leaves to place it in a safe place. Now you can enter the room these guards came from. The egg is in the safe on the right. Open it with the lock pick and take the egg. Do this quickly as other NPCs will eventually enter the room.

Step 3: Kill your target and leave

Return to the Terrace Bar the same way and wait somewhere outside where you can see your taser. The target should now be waiting in this area. If you don’t know what they look like, open the menu and you can see them.

Wait for the target to walk across the puddle, then trigger the ICA Remote Micro Taser. This electrocutes and kills the target. It doesn’t matter if anyone sees the body, as it counts as an accidental death, meaning you won’t ruin your Silent Assassin rating.
