“He will be an asset to the organization,” Rob Walton responded to Lewis Hamilton’s joining the Denver Broncos ownership group » FirstSportz

Lewis Hamilton is now co-owner of an NFL team, namely the Denver Broncos. The Denver group is currently owned by Rob Walton, heir to Walmart. He brought the team for a record-breaking $4.56 billion earlier this year and now we can count Lewis among them.
Lewis Hamilton’s interest in teams from other sports is not new. Earlier this year, Lewis expressed an interest in Chelsea FC, an English Premier League football team, along with tennis superstar Serena Williams and Sir Martin Broughton. Although they failed, Hamilton has now shown a clear interest in the NFL and is now a part of it.
NFL is a famous sport in the US and Lewis has his own fan base in the western country. That was a more than convincing point for the 37-year-old to settle a team in the USA. Ron Walton delivered a heartwarming message to welcome Lewis Hamilton on board.
“We are delighted to welcome seven-time Formula 1 World Champion Sir Lewis Hamilton to our ownership group,” said Walton.

Rob Walton praised Sir Lewis Hamilton
Rob Walton had many words to praise Lewis Hamilton for his career. He didn’t follow through on his words to greet the driver or show interest in the team.
“With over 100 race wins, Lewis is considered the most successful F1 driver of all time. His resilient spirit and outstanding standard will be an asset to the ownership group and the Broncos organization.” said Rob Walton.
Lewis Hamilton is not currently fighting for the championship but was still in good form. He’s 6th in the championship due to the struggles his team has been through but they seem to be recovering from the wreckage in the last couple of races.
