Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has announced he is expecting his first child with girlfriend Erin Darke.

Some 22 years after the beginnings of the worldwide phenomenon that was the Harry Potter franchise, Radcliffe is now becoming a father for the first time, a representative has confirmed People.

The 33-year-old British actor was pictured alongside Darke on Friday as they walked around New York City.

With a baby bump in the pictures, Darke later confirmed she was pregnant.

The couple first met on the set of the film “Kill Your Darlings5”., they worked on in 2012 and said it was love at first sight.

In the film, the two actors had to share a sex scene.

“It’s going to be one hell of a story that we’re going to tell our kids someday because of what our characters are doing to each other,” Radcliffe said People back in 2019.

“Our characters meet and flirt with each other, so there’s this cute recording of us just meeting and flirting with each other for the first time.”
