Harford County Shelter at Capacity, Reduced Adoption Fees for Dogs – CBS Baltimore
FALLSTON, Md. (WJZ) – All 65 kennels at the Harford County Humane Society were operating at full capacity, so the shelter offered a discount to help those dogs find a new home.
The shelter made all dog adoption fees of $16. Regular fees are $35 to $250.

CEO Jen Swanson said: “If you are considering adoption, now is the time. “The first day of spring is Sunday, so with warmer weather on our way, it’s the perfect time to get out with a new friend.”

Despite the high discount rates, frequently applied procedures include vaccinations, spay or neuter procedures, and microchips.
To see the dogs available for adoption, visit shelter website and plan a visit or fill out an online adoption application. The shelter is located at 2208 Connolly Road in Fallston.
