Lamar Jackson 40-Yard Dash: How Fast is the QB?

The Baltimore Ravens have a lot to think about in the NFL offseason despite giving head coach John Harbaugh a 3-year contract. They have yet to get closer to finalizing a deal with star wide receiver Lamar Jackson.

The franchise and Jackson have yet to make strides toward a new deal due to disagreements with the player demanding much more than what he’s being offered by the Ravens.

Leading NFK analyst Emmanuel Acho joined the conversation about Lamar Jackson’s contract situation and how the wide receiver failed to earn a better deal. Speaking on the popular show Speak For Yourself, Acho said he disagrees with the way Lamar Jackson is handling his current situation with the Baltimore Ravens.

“I hate the way Lamar Jackson is handling the situation. The good ones finish last. In the NFL, you gotta take your money. Period. Dak Prescott, one of the most successful quarterbacks in NFL history, received an MVP vote for 4 years. He replaced beloved Tony Romo as the 4th round pick.” said Emmanuel Acho.

Emmanuel Acho also compared the wide receiver’s situation to Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, who also couldn’t make much, saying that good guys don’t get what they deserve and would finish last in the race for more money .

Emmanuel Acho continued: “23 touchdowns, 4 interceptions in the rookie year with a slacking wide receiver who was injured. And Dak Prescott had to beg for his money, franchise tag, franchise tag, eventually he got paid. Who could not beg, Ezekiel?”

“Who got paid Zeke, who didn’t get paid Dak Prescott. The good ones finish last. Cooper Kupp, last year’s Super Bowl MVP, made $50 million this year. The good ones finish last. Lamar Jackson plays it too much as a do-gooder.”
