“It happens 👶🤍” was the title of her post.
“Just days before our appointment with a fertility specialist, this little one decided now was the right time for us and we couldn’t be happier!”
But Silbery admitted her pregnancy got off to a “rough start”.
“I’m sick, sick of being sick, can’t do all my normal things and am mentally exhausted,” she wrote.
“But I love my new boobs!
“What I liked best was telling Emmie over and over again and reliving the surprised smile on her face. 🥰
“Although there is tingling and binge eating when eating fruit #oneborneveryminute currently helps, without I couldn’t do it @ajrichards6 takes care of us.”
Silbery shared an adorable video of the moment Emmie found out about the pregnancy, glancing at a pink piece of paper on the wall that read “ALEX AND IZZY HAVE A BABY!” before breaking out a big smile.
Friends and family were very happy about the good news and congratulated Silbery in the comments section.
“I’m so happy for you my heart could explode,” wrote former Gogglebox and Dancing With The Stars personality Angie Kent.
“And to understand Emmie’s reaction, even if it’s always like that.
“Enjoy these precious moments. Greetings to all of you.”
Kent’s former Gogglebox roommate Yvie Jones added two red love hearts and a baby face emoji.
“Congratulations honey, we’re so happy for you both,” added fellow Goggleboxes Lee and Keith.
“WOOHOO!!! What wonderful news!!” wrote Olympic swimmer Giaan Rooney.
“The most incredible news!” gushed one follower.
“Couldn’t be happier for you two legends.”
In 2021, Silbery, who has a son Alex with a former partner, spoke about her experience with the pregnancy loss.
“I was pregnant and then not anymore,” she wrote on Instagram at the time.
“Miscarriage is so difficult… and having recently experienced it myself and hearing the stories of other women and couples, I realize how common it is.
“I have the feeling that this is obviously not being discussed openly enough.
“It was a really tough time… the roller coaster ride of re-acquainting myself with motherhood and then suddenly having it taken away from me.
“I’m working my way through and have had great support from my psychologist and friends.”
However, Silbery now has a new reason to celebrate, with fans saying they’re excited to follow her pregnancy journey.
“Woohoo congratulations this is the best news cant wait to follow your journey xoxo,” wrote one fan.
“Oh my heart… congratulations to you both! Wishing you endless love and pure joy with your little baby bear,” wrote another.
