However, Floyd was nowhere to be seen in the press conference for his upcoming fight. Rather than promoting Davis’ fight against Romero, Mayweather himself announced that he would be returning to the ring on the same day.

Mayweather has decided to return to the octagon to face Don Moore in a friendly on May 28 in Dubai. Davis was asked questions about Floyd’s absence, which certainly rubbed the fighter the wrong way. After the press conference, Davis posted a tweet that he later deleted. In the tweet, the boxer attacked his promoter, calling him jealous.

“Lol n**ga had a press conference today and fought the same day… no matter how much money you have you can be jealous of a Mf! Young,” Davis wrote in his deleted tweet.
