Gerald Brisco disputes claims that JBL is a bully: “John is just a great guy”

For years, there have been JBL stories from wrestlers regarding him being accused of backstage bullying. It has been accused JBL of going overboard with compliments/pranks and it’s not going to be good.

Some accusations have come from the same things as Justin Roberts in his book a few years ago, Joey Styles punched JBL for his behavior and JBL took hard shots at Meanie during their brawl at an ECW show. One Night Stand causes Meanie to bleed and get injured. There is also a situation with Mauro Ranallo when he calls SmackDown with JBL.

Gerald Brisco, who co-hosts the podcast “Stories with Brisco and Bradshaw” with JBL, did an interview with Bustling open radio station where he talks about the allegations against the former WWE champion.

“JBL is one of those entertainers. John is the type that falls into this category as a bully and all that. But he’s one of the nicest guys you can meet.”

Brisco showcases what JBL did with a rugby league on Bermuda Island to help kids end up playing first division college football. He also shows how JBL went to Memphis, TN to raise money for inner-city kids and their education.

“John is just a wonderful person. We are both positive people, once you get to know John and get to know his kind heart.”
