Genshin Impact version 2.7 leak reveals major changes to the Battle Pass

The Battle Pass in Genshin Impact allows players to get tons of level-up materials, Mora, and exclusive in-game currency. This feature is available to all players in the game – even free-to-play players, as there are tons of free rewards to earn with the Battle Pass as well. Now, a new leak suggests that the Battle Pass may be getting some major changes.

A tweet from Project Celestia, a data mining group and website for Genshin Impact, tweeted possible changes for the Genshin Impact Battle Pass in version 2.7. Currently, players working on the Battle Pass are required to earn 1,000 EXP per week, for a total of 5,000 EXP. This way you can max out the Battle Pass and earn all the rewards. Now players seem to only need to earn 600 EXP per week. In addition, the amount of EXP players does not change.

This information is said to have come from the Genshin Impact version 2.7 beta test. It’s unknown why this change is taking effect, as the leak indicates that the Battle Pass otherwise remains the same – just a lot easier to complete.

It is important to note that this information is from a beta test and is subject to change. Take these leaks with a grain of salt. Genshin Impact version 2.7 leak reveals major changes to the Battle Pass
