GeoGuessr, a geography quiz that lets you guess where you are in the world by searching for a location in Google Street View, has been redesigned to include the world from the open-world game Genshin Impact. GeoGuessr has been online since 2013, and now SirFelpudo has recreated the concept to allow people to explore the fictional world of Teyvat Genshin Impact. You can play it for free in your internet browser.
In the original GeoGuessr, you use Google Street View to guess your location, often by trying to identify famous landmarks. For example, if the store signs are in a specific language, or you can see a specific geographic element (like a well-known mountain range), you can find out where on the planet the game placed you. That Genshin Impact The version works just like the original GeoGuessr, except it replaces real-world locations with locations across Teyvat.
It’s a cute twist on a popular game. Of course, Teyvat’s open world isn’t nearly as big as the actual planet, so not quite as difficult. Quiet, Genshin Impact has three sprawling regions: Mondstadt, Liyue, and Inazuma, plus special areas like The Chasm and Dragonspine. It’s a fun challenge that will definitely leave you wishing you’d explored every nook and cranny of the game’s massive world.
