Prior to the official release of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, there were a handful of leaks revealing details about the game before it hit players on November 18th. Some of these leaks have turned out to be true according to trailers and screenshots shared by the Pokémon Company. We may also have the final evolution for Fuecoco, the Fire-type starter Pokemon, and what it will become when it levels up high enough.
Several screenshots are shared of what appear to be in-game images of Scarlet and Violet. In it we see a huge crocodile similar in color and flames to that of Fuecoco. This Pokémon’s name, Skeledirge, seems to be the last evolution of this Pokémon. It has a long fire on its neck and looks like a reasonable sized crocodile, which would be an appropriate final form for Fuecoco.

Many players suspected that this could be Fuecoco’s final form and we have our confirmation if these screenshots are real. We don’t think these images will stay on Twitter for long, but they will likely be making the rounds for the next few days before Scarlet and Violet are released to fans. We don’t know the type of this Pokemon, but some believe it will be a Fire and Ghost Pokemon, similar to the Hisuian Typhlosion released for Pokemon Legends: Arceus.
This leaker also shares images of what appears to be the final evolution of the Paldean Wooper, a creature named Clodsire swimming in a small pond with other Woopers.
We can expect more such leaks to appear in the coming days. Fans eager to pick their starting Pokemon might use them to make an informed decision about which one to pick. However, we have no confirmation that these images are authentic and we must take this information with caution. Unfortunately, we don’t have the game ahead of us to confirm.
