Former NBA star Chris Bosh is boycotting the NFL

Former NBA star Chris Bosh has revealed that he is boycotting the NFL over the league’s treatment of black coaches.

“Almost exactly a year ago, on the eve of the Super Bowl, I wrote about this injustice: How is it that the NFL, where more than one in two players is black, doesn’t have any coaches? any black,” Bosh wrote. “Not only has that been the case, but they’ve receded: there are fewer black head coaches now than there were when the season started — down to a staggering number.”

He said he and his children will not watch any games until more black coaches are assigned to the tournament.

“Over the past few weeks, I’ve been watching the discrimination behind that disparity play out in real-time. I’m happy for anyone to get a job, but it looks like white people are having a hard time. It’s more difficult being a head coach and in general. managers today, while Black coaches are held to a completely different standard.”
