Former fan favorite QB Aaron Murray has a new job

Aaron Murray has been a regular TV analyst for the past few years, but the former Georgia soccer star is about to make a new appearance.

If you go through Georgia football’s record books, you’ll see Aaron Murray quite a bit. He was a legend for the Bulldogs and while he couldn’t end the National Championship drought himself, his time in Athens is still fondly remembered.

Fans have been able to keep up with him on television — not including his cup of coffee with the Alliance of American Football — because he was a longtime analyst for CBS Sports Network and occasionally for CBS itself. But now Murray has a new gig.

But don’t worry — he’ll still be analyzing college football. Instead of CBS Sports Network, he will fully immerse himself in his Georgia Bulldogs roots as an analyst for SEC Network.

It will also be a Dawgs party on the ESPN family of networks in the 2022 season, as former UGA offensive lineman and longtime analyst Matt Stinchcomb will also be on the SEC Network with Murray, while another former quarterback, Huston Mason, is on ESPN2 can be seen and ESPNU.

You know that all fans from Tennessee, Florida and Alabama will just love to see Aaron Murray regularly on the SEC Network, which probably makes this new appearance only sweeter for Georgia football fans.
