BALTIMORE (WJZ) – We have declared this morning as Warning Day because it’s foggy in the morning.
Low visibility can make commuting difficult, so give yourself more time to get where you need to go this morning.

Today’s balance will be softer than yesterday’s, although we anticipate another shower this afternoon and this evening.
