Fire Emblem Engage DLC may have been leaked, containing new Emblem characters, classes, and more
Fire Emblem Engage Update 1.1.0 files were datamined from the popular Fire Emblem blog Serenes Forest and give a glimpse of some of the content coming with the Expansion Pass. The upcoming expansion pack will reportedly arrive in four phases and will feature new characters, new emblems, new maps, and a separate story from the main game.
The first wave of expansion DLC has already been released and adds two emblem characters: Tiki & Edelgard), so it’s no surprise that more characters are coming. According to the leaks, five more Emblem characters will be coming via DLC: Hector from The Blazing Sword, Veronica from Heroes, Soren from Path of Radiance/Radiant Dawn, Camilla from Fates, and Chrom from Awakening. These are the main Fire Emblem characters, but Veronica is from a mobile title, Fire Emblem Heroes, and not a mainline game. The datamined files also mention the weapons they might use, indicating they are Emblem characters.

The files also contain names of new characters that are original to the DLC – Elle, Rafale, Celestia, Gregory and Madeline. Audio clips have been found associated with these characters, proving their existence is real, or at least was planned for the original game but may have been trimmed.
Wave four of the Expansion Pass will include new classes for Fire Emblem Engage. Four new classes are apparently being added, two of which have been shown to be called Enchant and Mage Cannon. Enchant will use body art and knives while Mage Cannon will be a magic armored unit.
Also found that music is linked to added in-game paralog chapters. Five more Paralogue chapters will be included in the DLC, which makes sense as the leaks indicate that five more Emblem characters will be added.
Since only the first wave of the Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass has been released, there have been no further details on what’s to come over the next few months. This leak should be taken with caution as Intelligent System hasn’t confirmed anything, but they are substantial and make sense in the context of the game and series as a whole.
