FIFA 22: How to Complete FUTTIES Favorite Gelson Martins Objectives Challenge

On August 12th, EA Sports and the FIFA 22 team released two new Objectives challenges, one of which features AS Monaco’s Gelson Martins. A new 96 OVR FUTTIES card from Martins can now be obtained by completing a new objective challenge. So what do you need to do to achieve this? Let’s go through the requirements for completing each one.

How to complete the FUTTIES Gelson Martins Objectives challenge

To complete this challenge you must complete four different objectives. All of this can be completed in Squad Battles. This is where users compete against the computer, competing against user-created FUT teams from around the world. Users can also play in Rivals to complete these missions.

The four goals are as follows:

1. Cross – Assist with a cross in four separate Squad Battles matches on min. Professional difficulty (or Rivals) (rewards are Summer Swap 2 Token, Gold Pack and 50 XP)
2. finesse favorite – Score four Finesse goals in Squad Battles matches in min. Professional (or Rivals) difficulty (rewards are rare players with 75+ OVR and 50 XP)
3. Portuguese profile – Score five goals with Portuguese players in Squad Battles matches in min. Professional difficulty (or Rivals) (Rewards are Premium Gold Pack and 50 XP)
4. assistance at 7 – Support Ligue 1 players engagement in seven separate Squad Battle victories at min World Class difficulty (or Rivals) (Rewards are Electrum Players Pack and 50 XP)

Complete all four and you’ll get the 96 OVR Gelson Martins and 300 XP.

Similar to last week’s Maxwel Cornet and Casemiro challenges, this challenge doesn’t require weak feet or skill moves. However, FUT players must use Portuguese and Ligue 1 players to complete the Portuguese Profile and Assist in 7 objectives. There aren’t many players who check both, but NON-FUTTIES Gelson Martins, Nuno Mendes, Danilo Pereira, Renato Sanches and Jose Fonte are among those who do. A Portuguese-themed team using these players alongside Portuguese attackers like Ronaldo and Joao Felix should be a good way to go.

This challenge is expected to expire on August 19th.
