Farmer Wants a Wife’s Jess Cova opens up about the “new reality” as she gives an important update on her life

Farmer Wants a Wife favorite Jess Cova, who fell in love with Farmer Will on the 2022 season, has answered some of her fans’ most pressing questions.
And she didn’t hold back, giving honest answers in a question-and-answer session on Instagram on everything from life on the farm to missing her family to whether an engagement announcement was likely any time soon.
When asked how life was on the farm, Jess said she enjoyed it.

“It’s going very well,” she wrote, sharing a photo of the sheepfold.
“I love it when I can be Will’s little buddy on the farm.”
A fan asked how difficult it was moving interstate (from Queensland to Victoria) to be with Will.
“It can be hard at times, but this is our new reality,” she said.
“We’re doing the best we can and I’m trying to get back to Queensland regularly.”
When asked how she and Will were doing, Jess shared a picture of them kissing.
“We are very good,” she wrote.
“We argue, we fix things, we grow, we disagree, we laugh, we play and most of all we love each other.”
She said her fondest memory from Farmer Wants a Wife was “obviously” loving Will.
“But other than that, I always had fun and laughed,” she added.
When asked if fans could expect an engagement soon, Jess responded cheekily.
She posted a picture of her hand without an engagement ring, tagged Will and wrote: “farmerwill_au???”
Jess also confirmed that they had been together for “1 year and 7 months, so 5 years haha.”
She described herself as “very happy” and said Will was “without a doubt the most respectful, loyal and caring person I have ever met.”
When asked what advice she would give to anyone wanting to join Farmer Wants a Wife, she had three simple words.
“Just be yourself,” she wrote.
“For me personally, the whole experience couldn’t have gone better.
“But then it could have been different and I’m not sure how I would have handled it.
“Just be yourself and if it’s meant to be, it will be.”
Finally, Jess was asked who her favorite people were in the 2023 season.
She tagged Clare Hoskings and Farmer Brad – who are expecting a child together – and then added a third name.
“Sophie Holcombe,” she wrote, referring to the contestant who won Brenton’s heart only to announce their split months later.
“So are there good singles out there? Go in her direction!”
