Farmer Wants A Wife runner-up Lorelei speaks up after admitting “no contact” with David
More than a week after Farmer David told Lorelei she wasn’t right for him, the Farmer Wants a Wife contestant has broken her silence.
Though Lorelei broke down when she heard the news, she said the trial was an “incredible and unforgettable experience.”

The Instagram post follows an admission that David hasn’t gotten in touch with her despite roughly absorbing the news of the finale.
Lorelei regained access to her social media accounts and shared a roundup of photos from her time on the Channel 7 show.
“A little highlight of our little bubble in Poziyassss 🌾,” she began.
“Annnddd, there are so many more memes to come! Thank you to the girls and David for making it an amazing and unforgettable experience 🤍.”
The photos showed David with his wives Emily, Lorelei, Alyssa, Leah, Emma and Elle as well as some producers.
Photographs have been taken around the farm and at farmer’s events including the Country Fair.
“I love you, my beauty,” wrote Olivia Benic – who won Farmer Matt’s heart.
“Still the cutest and strongest girl I know,” said one commenter.
“Such a crazy experience!! so many lovely memories ❤️🔥❤️🔥,” added another.
Also posting was David, who preferred Emily over Lorelei in the last episode.
“The official conclusion of an absolutely incredible experience,” he wrote in an Instagram post Monday night.
“Em and I are very grateful for all the messages of support we’ve received along the way and can’t wait to see what lies ahead.” Additionally, Bailey has settled in well and is beginning to get comfortable with billing . ‘ he said of Emily’s pet.

‘Torn Apart’
After filming on the series wrapped in December, Lorelei has since revealed that she and David weren’t in touch — though she broke down in their final moments together
“[David]broke the news that it wasn’t me and I fainted. “At that moment, I can’t even remember collapsing,” Lorelei said Mamamia.
“I can’t remember anything I said after that – and from that moment on we were torn apart. I had no contact with David.
“I really wish he’d reached out, just to make sure I’m okay. I just thought he was the guy for it.”
The 26-year-old admitted that from David’s point of view, he may not have contacted her out of respect for Emily.
She also voiced her concerns since filming wrapped in December and wasn’t sure if the “fainting” moment would air.
“I thought maybe (they)…won’t show it because I walked away heartbroken. “Guys, come on, give me something,” she says.
“But I understand it’s good television – of course they’ll show it, just at my expense.”
