Dungeons and Dragons Online are sledding to the Snowpeaks Festival today

Slip into your snow suit and grab your frostiest D20, ’cause Dungeons and Dragons Online embraces the wintry vibe with today’s return of Snowpeaks Festival. The annual event challenges players to find and defeat special champions for currency – and a special key that can unlock an otherwise inaccessible realm.

The main attraction of this event is in fact a slippery obstacle course: “While on the Snowpeaks you will test your wits, reflexes and your ability to keep your cool under pressure with the challenge of scoring coins while sliding, jumping and spinning collect ! Completing a Snowpeaks Challenge will reward you with a large amount of Snowpeaks Coins. Anyone can start a challenge as long as they have a frozen key!”

New rewards for this year include a variety of filigree work to improve charisma, dexterity, cold spell power, and more. Today’s Update 57.2 also nerfed monsters’ greater scream ability and removed Stormrage’s friendly fire fallout.
