Ducks to win Pac-12 North against rival Beaver – The Athletic
Well, it’s climate potion, Oregon. Ducks could have cut CFP if they had won. But UO’s Playoff chances were snuffed out in a crushing 38-7 loss in Utah. Oregon’s strong ground game can only last 63 yards of dash and just over 24 minutes of possession. Utah, on the other hand, can control the ball at will. The Ducks dropped 208 yards of the dash and allowed Utes to convert 11 of 14 third knockdowns. They’ll be trying to hit the score even in two weeks if they can even continue at Pac-12 North. Oregon could win against Oregon State on Saturday.

The Beavers’ 24-10 win over Arizona State secured them a winning season for the first time since 2013. Oregon State had a chance to win the week’s championship, but it forced Washington State to lose, which This did not happen. If Oregon State wins, Washington State wins Pac-12 North.
Last week, Oregon State was unusually excellent at finding a stop, keeping ASU to 266 yards. On the other side of the ball, BJ Baylor hit 150 yards, maintaining a ground game that ended with 237 yards and two touchdowns. The beavers have some incentive to get into the game, but they haven’t won at Oregon either since 2007.
