Recently, the Twitter banter between former two-division champion Conor McGregor and YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul has been fairly frequent. In particular, Jake constantly tries to taunt and demean the former UFC champion.

Jake Paul even said he would KO Conor in boxing or MMA. He called the Irishman a broken git who hasn’t won a fight in many years. Paul also called people stupid who think Conor McGregor is a good fighter.

It all started when the Irishman posted a video of him training after a long layoff due to his devastating leg injury at UFC 264.

In the video, Notorious shot punches at a pad. Jake found Conor’s technique untrained. He pointed out errors in his head movement and taunted his guard. In response, Conor showed a funny video that caused some head moments and called Jake Paul.Jacka**” eventually.

Jake Pauls mocks Conor McGregor’s Jacka** statement

As expected, Paul responded to Conor’s video by calling him “Jacka**”. But this time Paul did not respond by writing or saying anything. Instead, he posted a video of him practicing MMA:

“While I train MMA @TheNotoriousMMA Jack Daniels drinks and posts sloppy boxing videos in Dubai. jacka**,‘ Paul wrote in the tweet.

Previously, Paul has asked Dana a number of times to set up a fight between him and Conor or Jorge. With the stipulation that if he wins, White must accept his terms of raising fighter wages and offer lifetime health services. However, White has yet to respond to the offer.

On the other hand, conor has started boxing training and is aiming to return in June. It will be interesting to see how things play out and if it comes down to McGregor vs Paul.
