We think we’ll get details on how they’ll split his estate shortly Dre posted under the DIVORCED AF side bubble on December 9… Now TMZ is reporting that the West Coast rap icon is “delighted” with a property settlement that will only give his ex-wife a portion of his fortune. Remember that Dre’s estimated net worth is $820 million!

Here are the details from the former couple’s settlement agreement, which was just filed:

Dre agrees to pay Nicole $100 million in two payments, $50 million now and another $50 million each year from now.

Prenup, which Nicole contested, ended up standing still so that’s why she won’t get half of Dre’s fortune. In exchange for that cash, Dre will keep seven properties they own, including a $100 million property in Brentwood, two homes in Calabasas, a crib in Malibu and three other properties. in the LA area.

Dre will also retain full rights to the master recordings, its trademarks, and interests in various partnerships and trusts, as well as all of its Apple shares, including proceeds. from the sale of Beats by Dre.

The former couple is dividing their fleet of 10 cars, he drives away with six, while she will get four. Nicole will also keep any jewelry, cash and bank accounts she maintained during their more than two decades of marriage. Additionally, Nicole will have access to lockers filled with items from various properties Dre has stored. The settlement allowed Nicole to keep whatever was inside hers.

Unfortunately for Nicole, she will have to give up part of the bag to her lawyers. She will have to pay her own legal fees and those costs are sure to run into the millions. The settlement also means that Nicole will not receive her spouse’s support. As you may recall, a lot of the headlines made in this controversial split exceeded the amount she asked for.

According to Dre’s attorney, Laura Wasser, the Youngs are divorced.

In a final little note – a source close to Dre told TMZ that Nicole could have made more money if she had resolved their split last year, saying:

“She might even be on the field for the Super Bowl halftime as a friendly ex-wife.”

Cana willa shoulda?

Do you think Nicole was fundamentally demanding and lacking in herself by not settling in last year? Or do you think at this point it’s best for them to move forward and not look back at how this marriage could have fallen apart?
