Did Biden just try to shake hands with a ghost?

Continuing a worrying trend, President Joe Biden appeared confused after finishing a speech Thursday.

Biden spoke at North Carolina A&T State University, according to reports WGHP TV.

The President shook air as he finished his remarks, almost looking like he was trying to shake hands with a ghost.

Whoopi Goldberg missing from ‘The View’ after outbursts: ‘She’s been gone for a while’

Biden appears to have had the impression that someone was right next to him, but from the looks of it, he was the only person on stage.

After the misguided attempt at a handshake, Biden wandered across the stage for a few seconds.

The President finally turned and found steps leading off the dais.

In his speech, Biden reiterated the claim that Russian President Vladimir Putin is primarily responsible for the inflation that is devastating American families and devastating the economy.

In reality, inflation has steadily escalated since Biden was sworn in as president in January 2021, more than a year before Putin launched his invasion of Ukraine.

The handshake faux pas comes days after Biden dumped a bird during a speech at an Iowa ethanol plant.

Last week, during an event at his own White House, Biden was completely ignored by a crowd of Washington Democrats.

The crowd, which included House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, pretended Biden wasn’t there as they gathered around former President Barack Obama.

Biden’s approval ratings have fallen to dismal new lows amid a spate of policy failures and worrying gaffes.

The president has appeared more frequently in public recently, and his White House henchmen may fear that avoiding interviews and public scrutiny can no longer serve as a viable political strategy.
