Diamond Baseball Holdings announces acquisition of Oklahoma City Dodgers

Diamond Baseball Holdings, a subsidiary of Endeavor Group Holdings, announced on Tuesday (December 14) that it is acquiring Triple-A Oklahoma City Dodgers.

This announcement brings the number of teams DBH is buying up to 10, with five Triple-A teams, one Double-A team, two High-A teams and two Low-A teams.

Mark Shapiro, president of Endeavor, said: “Oklahoma City Dodgers is the ideal addition to our ten Club portfolio at Diamond Baseball Holdings. “The Dodgers are a gem in the OKC community with national influence and one of the best ranch systems in baseball. Needless to say, they will have a huge and immediate impact on our growth plans. Additionally, owning Triple-A to the most legendary franchises in baseball including the Atlanta Braves, Chicago Cubs, Los Angeles Dodgers, New York Yankees and St. Louis Cardinals is truly remarkable and will bring us extraordinary reach and engagement. ”
