Destiny 2 showcases some of the nifty new weapons and gear awaiting you in Lightfall

It’s a looter shooter, so that’s obvious destiny 2 would be adding new gear and weapons with its Lightfall expansion on February 28th, but just in case you were curious what those might look like, the game has released a fresh new trailer offering a glimpse of the exotic goodies to come .

The shinies featured in the video include the Final Warning round-fire sidearm, a glaive that wields stasis known as the Winterbite, the Abeyant Leap leg armor for Titans that fires in search of projectiles, stopping enemies after using the Barricade ability, and a Hunter Helm called Cyrtarachne’s Façade, which grants armor and resistance to flinch when they grapple.

In addition to the above items, the trailer features a strand effect known as tangles, which are bundles of quantum strands left over when enemies unravel that players with strands can use to weave objects and creatures, or for others Purposes tied to weapons.
